A bistro bouillon is a French eatery that serves delicious food, quickly and cheaply. Traditionally, bouillon (‘broth’ in English) was served by a bistro bouillon to workers in market halls. Operating as a bistro bouillon allows us to achieve our mission – providing an affordable French food experience using local South Australian as well as produce directly from France.
