We are a small, family-run business dedicated to providing warm hospitality and fresh, affordable meals since 2010.
Hung and his wife, Ha, are Vietnamese immigrants who arrived in Australia as refugees. Hung discovered his passion for cooking when Ha, finally frustrated by his utter lack of culinary skills, challenged him to cook a pot of rice! With over twenty years of experience now (and lots of rice later), Hung, Ha and their daughter, Maria, are committed to offering fresh and affordable meals to everyone who walks through their door.
Our journey began with our first restaurant in Salisbury in 2010, followed by the opening of a second location in Gawler in 2017. We are now proudly based at The Old Mill, a historical, heritage-listed building in the Town of Gawler, built in 1855. It operated as a flour mill until 1917, despite being rebuilt in 1915 after a fire. We are honoured to be a part of its rich history and legacy.
